All Hypnotic World MP3s and CDs are accompanied by a money-back guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your product within 28 days for a refund.

Likewise, our membership service is backed by a money-back guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with our service and want to cancel within the first 24 hours of your membership, we will happily cancel your account and refund you, providing you have not accessed more than 3 member-only pages. Memberships can be cancelled at any time by email and you will not be billed for any further payments.

We offer a full money-back guarantee on all MP3 downloads and CDs subject to the following conditions:

1. If the quality of any MP3 download is defective in any way then we will review this and if our team agree that it needs re-recording then this will be done and treated as a new order or we will offer a suitable substitute.

2. We cannot promise that an MP3 recording will help every person as some people are less receptive to hypnosis than others.  Our hypnosis MP3s are produced by an experienced, qualified Hypnotherapist and offer excellent value compared to paying for the services of a one to one session, plus we offer the added benefit of being able to listen in the comfort of your own home.  A private session with any hypnotherapist cannot promise 100% success.

Please note that we are able to refund for one MP3/CD order per customer, per year. E-books delivered in digital format are non-refundable.
