I would like to cancel my membership

To cancel your membership, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into your Hypnotic World account.
  2. At the top-right of the Members' Area page, click the dropdown account menu and click Account Settings.
  3. On the Account Settings page, under Account Status, click the View/Edit Plan button.
  4. On the Account Plan page, click Change/Cancel next to your existing plan.
  5. Confirm your request to cancel your account.

Once your account cancellation request has been processed, you will no longer be billed for your membership and will no longer enjoy access to Hypnotic World member benefits.

Accounts paid using credit/debit card setup prior to December 16th, 2014 (via WorldPay)

If you signed up with WorldPay, login to WorldPay (you should have received an email from WorldPay with regards to your FuturePay payment agreement with instructions on how to login to your payment agreement).

Accounts paid using PayPal

If you subscribed using a PayPal account please login to your PayPal account and cancel payments to end your subscription.

Members who subscribed prior to 2006 should contact us so that we can cancel any future charges. To enable us to locate your account quickly please provide your original transaction ID number and include when you were last charged for our service, how much this was and in which currency.

I have not received my order

If you have placed an order with Hypnotic World and not yet received it then please follow the steps outlined below:

For subscriptions, scripts, MP3s, e-books and other downloadable products:
  • MP3 and script orders are sent by our automated email service, so you should receive them within a few minutes of ordering. At certain times our secure merchant services undergo maintenance to their site which can create a delay with processing orders, this is often rectified within a few minutes or hours.
  • Check your Spam email folder in case our message containing the link to the script or MP3 that you ordered was sent there.
  • Some customers have been known to misspell their email address. If you think this could be the case then our email to you will bounce so please contact us directly from the email address that you think you would have used.
  • Ensure that your mail box isn't full. If so you may need to delete some old emails to make space for new ones.
  • Send us an email with your transaction ID or a copy of your transaction confirmation email.
For course modules and other posted orders:
  • If you have ordered a physical product such as a CD, printed manual or course material then these are usually posted (shipped) within a few hours; delays in receiving such orders are very rare but should this happen then please contact us so that we can send you a replacement. (We will require that you return the duplicate product once you have received it).

Accessing Member Only Scripts
You should receive an automated email from Hypnotic World within within a few minutes of ordering giving you an exclusive password and User ID to access the scripts on Hypnotic World. The 'Sign In' link is at the top right hand corner of the home page. This will take you to the Members Only section. From there we recommend that you click on the Script Index link at the left of this page and select the scripts that you want to access from Hypnotic World.
Each script has a Printer Friendly button.
Should you need to increase or decrease the text then this can be copied and pasted into your preferred text editor (Notepad, Wordpad, etc) and re-sized.

My card details have changed. How can I update them?
Our methods of accepting payments for subscriptions at the moment are World Pay and PayPal. In either case you should be able to log into your WorldPay (FuturePay) account or your PayPal account and update your details. If you have forgotten your original FuturePay Agreement or transaction number then please let us know and we will do our best to supply these details.

I have signed up to Hypnotic World. What login details should I use?

You should automatically receive your login details via email within 5 minutes of subscribing. If you didn't then please check your Spam folder in case our welcome email was delivered there. If you subscribed using a different email address then this is where our Welcome Email would be sent to so you should check that email account.

If, having checked these options and are still unable to access Hypnotic World then please email us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this issue.

How can I find the script I want on the page? There are so many to search through.
Each script is listed under its relevant category. If you cannot find what you're looking for, try using the search box at the top-right of most pages on Hypnotic World.
Alternatively, go to the scripts index page,click the Edit Menu on your toolbar and choose Find. Type in one word that relates to your script (i.e. Fear of Dogs - just type in dogs) - and select Find Now. Your script should be highlighted.

How can I download an MP3 to my phone or tablet?
You can listen to purchased MP3s on your Internet-enabled phone or tablet by opening the order fulfilment email and following the instructions. However, to save MP3s without the need to re-download for each listen (e.g. on Apple® phones or tablets), follow the instructions below:

1) Download the MP3 from Hypnotic World to a computer with iTunes

2) Open iTunes™, click the File menu and choose "Add File to Library", and locate the MP3 on your computer.

3) Plug your MP3 player, phone or tablet in to the computer and wait for the device to appear in the left hand column of iTunes™.

2) Find the MP3 in your iTunes™ library and then drag it to the name of your device in the left column. This should copy the MP3 to your device.

How will I receive my MP3 order?
Upon ordering an MP3 from Hypnotic World, you will be taken to a order fulfilment page, where you can download each MP3 in your order.

You will also receive an automated email containing a link to the order fulfilment page for your reference, should you need to re-download the MP3(s) at a later date.

I forgot my login email address

If you have lost the email address that you signed up using, please try using any previous email addresses that you may have used.

PayPal User?

If you signed up using your PayPal account, please note that your account may be under the email address of another email address associated with your PayPal account. These may include your old email addresses, and can be found by logging into PayPal.

How can I change my Direct Debit details?

How can I download an MP3 to my Android phone/tablet?

You can stream purchased MP3s from the order fulfillment page immediately following your purchase. However, you will need to save a permanent copy of the MP3(s) to continue listening after the download link has expired.

On an Android device, you can download a "download manager" app, which allows you to download permanent copies of MP3s and other files to your device instead of streaming the files without actually saving them. Opening the order fulfillment page provided in the order confirmation email using a download manager app should enable you to then download the MP3 to your device.
