Order not received

If you have placed an order with Hypnotic World and not yet received it then please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Send us an email with your transaction ID or a copy of your transaction confirmation email.
  • Check your spam folder in case our email containing the link to the script or MP3 that you ordered was sent there.
  • Some customers have been known to misspell their email address. If you think this could be the case then our email to you will bounce so please contact us directly from the email address that you think you would have used.
  • Ensure that your mail box isn't full. If so you may need to delete some old emails to make space for new ones.
  • MP3 and script orders are sent by our automated email service so you should receive them within a few minutes of ordering. At certain times our secure merchant services undergo maintenance to their site which can create a delay with processing orders, this is often rectified within a few hours or minutes.
  • If you have ordered a physical product such as a CD, printed manual or course material then these are usually posted (shipped) within a few hours; delays in receiving such orders are very rare but should this happen then please contact us so that we can send you a replacement. (We will require that you return the duplicate product once you have received it).
