The workshop will include a range practical elements:
- Timeline exercise
- Demonstration of an anchor
- Creating your own stack
- A reframe exercise
- Eye accessing cues
Learning Outcomes
By completing this workshop, you will have achieved the following learning outcomes:
- Understand the role of timelines in your therapy sessions
- Describe the way in which anchors may be used
- Explain how to reframe in the context of a past event
- Use eye accessing cues in a basic format
All workshops include a certificate of continued professional development (CPD) in addition to any relevant handouts and workbooks.
This workshop forms part of the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma course which is accredited by the GHR. Students of the Professional Hypnotherapy Diploma course are invited to join these one-day training events to add to their skills.

Meet the Presenter
Attendance Eligibility
Students who have reached Module Three of the Professional Hypnotherapy Course, as well as anyone over the age of 21 with a genuine interest in using hypnosis as a therapeutic application is welcome to attend. No previous qualifications are necessary.
