Reiki Training Workshop: 1st Degree

We would like to invite you to our full-day reiki training workshop.

Taught in one day, Reiki I training is based on the attunement, which opens you up to the Reiki energy. Once this pathway is established you are able to channel reiki for the rest of your life using the energy for growth, self-development and healing for yourself, your family and your friends.

Once you have been attuned, reiki will flow through your hands whenever you touch with the intention of healing or helping. When you have received the first degree attunements, you will have this ability for life.

Reiki can safely be used in combination with orthodox medical care and other complementary therapies. It combines well with many alternative therapies, including hypnotherapy, acupuncture, aromatherapy, reflexology, kinesiology and counselling. It can increase their effectiveness and decrease the time required to see positive change.

Reiki and hypnotherapy complement each other in such positive and life changing ways. In our modern stressful lives, not only do our bodies suffer on a physical level, but also on three other levels: emotionally, mentally and spiritually (the essence of who we are), all at the same time. When our immune system is lowered, the whole body reacts to the pressure presented to it. Reiki can help to restore balance and bring about a feeling of completeness and the alignment of all four levels.

We help individuals to heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to their concerns, and customising a treatment plan which could include reiki or a session of hypnotherapy.

The one-day workshop will commence at 10:00am and conclude at approximately 4:00pm. Please bring a light lunch with you if you have specific dietary needs or I will provide some homemade soup. I always advise to keep your breakfast meal fairly light and I will provide drinks all day. It is good to wear loose-fitting clothing for your comfort and also for when you have your reiki share.

It will be a very enjoyable day and I will provide everything you need to learn Reiki I. I am looking forward to sharing the experience with you. There is nothing else you will need to bring except an open mind. Your next stage of training would be Reiki II.
