This one-day holistic workshop is designed for qualified hypnotherapists and hypnotherapy students who want to support expectant mothers and their chosen birthing partners in welcoming new life with confidence, calm, and positivity—free from unnecessary fear, anxiety, or pain.

For first-time parents especially, it’s natural to feel uncertain about what to expect. While no one can predict the exact details of a birth experience, what can be assured is that working with a trained Childbirth Hypnotherapy Specialist gives clients practical tools and techniques to approach labour with resilience and calm.

During this highly practical training, you will learn how to prepare clients in the months leading up to their due date, equipping them with Hypnotic Birth Breathing, visualisation and relaxation techniques specifically tailored to pregnancy and childbirth. These skills will not only support mothers during labour but also throughout pregnancy and into postpartum recovery.

The workshop combines theory with hands-on practice, enabling you to experience hypnotherapy both as a practitioner and as a participant. Under the guidance of an experienced hypnotherapist with over 20 years of teaching and client experience, you will explore advanced methods and learn how to apply them confidently in your own practice.

Through a mix of trainer demonstrations, guided practice, and peer-led activities, you will gain real-world experience and leave with strategies ready to use with clients.
