Further Reading Materials

On enrolment you will be provided with an optional reading list of course-related books. Whilst not essential to the course, it is anticipated that you will find each one of these books a valuable source of additional information and inspiration.

Examination

On completion of the course, there is a written examination which can be completed in your own time. The examination is free for students who complete the question papers that accompany the first seven modules (question papers are returned to provide valuable feedback for you). The examination includes a selection of case histories for you to choose from which you would be expected to describe in depth a suitable hypno-therapeutic approach for.

You will also be required to submit an audio recording of yourself (audio file, CD or cassette), containing an induction, deepener and treatment session in order that we can provide feedback on your vocal presentation if necessary and an original hypnotherapy script.

The examination is optional. However, students who have not successfully completed the examination will receive only the Certificate of Completion.

Remember, individual help and advice are available throughout.

Diploma in Hypnotherapy Qualification

Hypnotherapy DiplomaThe Diploma in Hypnotherapy is issued to successful students on completion of the examination. There is no additional charge for the examination. Your clients will expect to see evidence that you have trained and qualified in this field and the Diploma will give you confidence in your own ability, knowing that you have learned all that you need to know to practise your skills effectively.

On completion of the examination you will be fully entitled to use the designatory letters DHP after your name - Diploma in Hypnotherapy - and if for any reason a student does not meet the requirements of the examination they will receive constructive feedback and advice to enable them to succeed in the future. Successful students will be recommended for membership of the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association.

If you decide to become a hypnotherapist you will undoubtedly find it an interesting and rewarding occupation. You will meet all sorts of people from all walks of life - no two cases will be the same. You may be asked to appear on radio, TV or to write articles for magazines or newspapers.

A section of the Course covers setting up your own successful private practice - you can decide on your own fees, currently anything between £25.00 and £100.00 per session, depending on the area in which you choose to work.

What Students Are Saying
"I really enjoyed this course."

"I really enjoyed this course. It introduced me to a wide range of subjects which I found both interesting and challenging. I particularly liked the depth that each module went into. Each module was delivered really quickly and I was also impressed by how quickly each end of module test was marked. I found the feedback very helpful. I am now looking forward to setting up my hypnotherapy business and helping my clients using the skills that I have learnt. I will continue to use Hypnotic World and am looking forward to enhancing my knowledge by attending some of their workshops."

Amanda Butler (Completed February, 2023)

"I would recommend this course to anyone with an interest in hypnotherapy."

"I have absolutely loved doing the Hypnotic World course, I previously studied hypnotherapy but didn’t feel the course I did covered everything thoroughly so I looked into Hypnotic World. From the first module I have loved it, it is so in depth but it's also written in an interesting way so you don’t get bored. I now feel really confident about what I am doing. The modules have pushed me and my knowledge of hypnotherapy to really, really think outside the box for every scenario, which has helped me so much. Faith has been amazing, if ever I've needed help, nothing is ever too much trouble... I would recommend this course to anyone with an interest in hypnotherapy."

Sophie Shaw (Completed June, 2022)

"I am really pleased I picked Hypnotic World"

"The course was so informative and very well structured, I am really pleased I picked Hypnotic World to gain my Diploma. Each module leads the learner onto the next module with curiosity and interest and with the added benefit of the student being able to refer back, it all falls into place and begins to make sense, while deepening one's understanding. The course delves into hypnosis and hypnotherapy in a way that anyone with a genuine interest in Hypnosis would find captivating. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone and have done so a few times now since finishing my final module and passing the Diploma. Well done and many thanks Hypnotic World and especially Faith, my course tutor. "
