About Sandie
I am a fully qualified and insured Hypnotherapist/NLP practitioner and am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH), the only government endorsed UK regulator for complimentary healthcare, and the Hampshire School of Hypnotherapy. I am also a qualified Hypno Gastric Band practitioner and have already had amazing results with this on myself.
Having had a fulfilling career in the Police Force, cut short through injury, followed by a five year gap when I had my daughter, I then started working in schools as a learning support assistant helping children with special needs. I have always enjoyed talking to people and have also taken courses in counselling.
My interest in hypnotherapy started following my own successful treatment for dental phobia and claustrophobia. I subsequently trained for my diploma with Lorraine Gleeson at the Hampshire School of Hypnotherapy adding the Hypno Gastric Band training to my toolbox on completion.
As a client-centred therapist I use a variety of techniques, including inner child, Gestalt, rapid rewind, visualization, and parts therapy in order to achieve the best outcome for my clients. I also have a current CRB and am happy to work with children over 10 years old.
I have experienced first hand the changes you can make in your life by using the power of your own mind, and now I would like to use my knowledge and expertise to help you to make changes too.

Training & Qualifications
I completed a years Diploma course training with Lorraine Gleeson at the Hampshire School of Hypnotherapy covering clinical hypnosis, gestalt, inner child, regression, IMR ( ideo motor response) NLP for fears and phobias and parts therapy.
I then completed an add on course for the Hypno Gastric Band.
Have since trained and become a registered OldPain2Go practitioner and registered BLAST practitioner for PTSD and Trauma. I ahve also started running group weight loss classes using hypnosis.
