After over 20 years of working in the fast paced world of Corporate Finance in a variety of management and senior management roles I began to realise that although I had reached the top of my profession, drove a fancy car and took home a large pay packet every month I was downright miserable!

I was at the point in my life where I knew I had to slow down, my body was telling me and so was my mind. Experiencing ailments including High Blood Pressure, Panic Attacks, Depression, Stress, Insomnia, Weight Gain and Low Self Esteem I really was a walking disaster.

Having reached total burnout I was forced to stop and take a long hard look at my life and my relationships, re-evaluate my beliefs and values and start making changes that meant I would be around long enough to see my kids settled with their own families.

Well since that time, a lot has changed for me.... I have left that world far behind me, went back to college to study, become a qualified accredited NLP Practitioner, gained a Diploma in Professional Hypnotherapy, become a Reiki Practitioner and a Reflexologist, regained my Self Esteem, Reduced my Blood Pressure, lost 3.5 stones, become the life and soul of the party and actually re-connected with the person I was before the corporate world chewed me up and spat me out. I owe this to a combination of Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
