About Jo
After having had a great deal of success as a client of hypnosis, I became passionate about helping others do the same. I combine all my skills to help my clients release stress, increase health, happiness and satisfaction in their life. It is my goal to empower each client to tap into the amazing gifts they hold within themselves.

I am a formerly certified BWRT practitioner, a certified Integrative Life Coach, have trained in some NLP practices and have more than 300 hours in continuing education in the field of hypnosis. Additionally, I am certified as a HeartMath Coach and Trainer. My energy healing background includes Reconnective Healing and the Reconnection. I am also a Reiki Master.and Teacher.
