About Jane
I have a total belief in the benefits and changes that hypnotherapy can have on your life. Having suffered severe agoraphobia and panic attacks after a traumatic period of time in my life, I decided to try hypnotherapy. After 11 sessions of hypnotherapy and CBT I can honestly say it changed my life. I have, since then been able to lead a 'normal' life! After realising I was in the wrong career (finance), I retrained in 2011, and now feel I am doing what I am meant to be doing. My main aim now, is to help people to lead happier, stress free, more fulfilled, lives.
