My name is Louise Alexander and my experience with hypnotherapy and EFT dates back to 2010 when I was experiencing a difficult time with anxiety and panic attacks. Having experienced amazing results I realised my passion for helping others live a happy, connected and fulfilling life and am now a hypnotherpist, an advanced practitioner in EFT accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET) and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner.
I am not going to pretend that I have all the answers, but I do believe we all hold the answers to any of the challenges we face and sometimes we just need a little help to unlock them
