My name is Jayne Hall, I am a registered Hypnotherapist, NLP & EFT practitioner and fully qualified complementary therapist (Dip Hyp GHR reg, GQHP, CNHC MAR.)

I work as an holistic therapist where I decide which treatment would be more suitable for you after the initial consultation. In my experience some people respond better with purely hypnotherapy whilst others have benefited from a combination of therapies (such as EFT or NLP). For example, I have found that combining Reflexology with Hypnotherapy has enabled many of my clients to reduce anxiety levels and help with sleep disturbances.

As well as using Hypnotherapy, I offer a whole range of other therapies which can also help enhance relaxation and stress relief. These include Reflexology, Swedish and Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling. These all assist to achieve and maintain a better state of well-being.

I have been working as a complementary therapist for 8 years after obtaining my first Diploma in Reflexology in 2006.

I was a trainee hypnotherapist with Holly Wincote Hypnotherapy and with Carl Samerson Minds Matter Hypnotherapy.

I have also been a Primary School Teacher for 20 years so I am very comfortable working with children, teenagers or with child related issues.
