About megan
Therapy is increasingly being shown as an effective way of dealing with a wide variety of personal issues. I would be wrong to say absolutely that therapy will work for you or that it is right for everyone, but I do know that I have worked with many people for whom it has made a significant difference - to themselves, their relationships, and how they live their lives.
I believe we are all on a journey towards health, and wholeness, and the road to healing can often be difficult to navigate. Life challenges can result in feelings of anger, depression, anxiety, and loss of control, but these same struggles can be opportunities for growth.
My underpinning philosophy is humanistic, and central to my approach is the emphasis on the healing quality of a good therapeutic relationship. As a unique individual, you have created your own unique world, that can only be fully understood, if I am willing and able to enter your particular frame of reference.
