About Rebekah
Rebekah has been working with Hypnotherapy since 2004 when she trained to become a HypnoDoula. After working with birthing couples for nearly ten years to create the calm and empowered births they desired, Rebekah did further professional development and training to meet the growing needs of her client base. She studied with Tad James, and became certified in Modern Hypnosis for general anxiety, confidence building, giving up smoking and weight loss.
Rebekah has studied with various mentors and is proficient in Inner Child Healing, Childbirth, Past Life Regression and overcoming anxiety and 'anxious attachment' in relationships.
