Weight Loss
Rick focused initially on finding what the root cause of where my poor relationship with food first started! I then had hypnotherapy to address these, I have found the changes in my "relationship" (thoughts and desires!) with food now to have changed in a very subtle and positive way. It hasn't been just about losing weight (of which I have) but more importantly in changing my eating habits long term to much healthier ones.. I have found Rick to be very trustworthy, caring and supportive.
