Working on a part-time basis from home, I have had great results with clients requiring help with the 'day-to-day' problems such as phobias, smoking cessation, weight loss, anxiety and confidence boosting, as well as other less common problems such as the cause and treatment of specific, unique fears.

Over Eating
Debbie helped me change my eating habits of snacking and eating fatty sugary food and take up healthier things. I learnt some tricks to suppressing my appetite and making me feel full quicker. I now feel fitter, healthier and so much less sluggish.

Unusual Fear
I had an irrational fear of dying triggered by counting. Debbie was great, really understanding and professional and helped me address the root of the fear and provided a solution.
