Deborah has been actively involved in working with people on an emotional level for 8 years. The common theme throughout her career has been to provide a service to others. She started a journey of self discover when she was bereaved by both her parents. Seeing a Bereavement Counsellor gave her the inspiration to start a career in helping others.

Clients say they instantly warm to Deborah and find it easy to talk about the changes they want to make in their lives. She is a professional, confident Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner who uses her life experiences, talents and knowledge to help clients live an enriched lifestyle.

Having served 6 years in the Royal Air Force she learnt how to work with people on an emotional level. To be able to stay calm, think logically and to face challenges head on, which in turn allows personal growth.

Besides working with clients on a one to one basis Deborah also designs and facilitates courses and workshops in NLP, stress, anxiety, confidence and self esteem. Some of the establishments that she has facilitated courses include The Royal Air Force, Lincolnshire Council, Mind Charity and The Well Women’s Centre in Middleton.

Deborah uses a blend of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Counselling Skills and Reiki during her sessions. Every client is treated as an individual and the sessions are tailored specifically in that way.
