I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist/psychotherapist NCH, HPD, MNCH, NCH who trained at 'The Clifton Practice', an accredited Nationwide Centre renowned for its excellence in teaching hypnotherapy. I gained the diploma for SBFT (Solution Brief Focus Therapy) and I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists. I strictly adhere to the code of conduct and confidentiality laid down by the NCH. I am currently studying a BSc Hons in Psychology. I am passionate about helping people get their lives back on track and have helped many through some difficult periods in their lives. I use using hypnotherapy, NLP and Havening techniques which are powerful, effective but non invasive tools to treat: depression, anger issues, stress, anxiety, phobias, sleeping disorders, pain issues, post traumatic stress disorder, to name but a few.
