After graduating with a degree in Psychology, I found I was drawn to the area of Hypnotherapy. I studied for two years gaining a diploma in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Hypnosis. I really enjoyed finding out about people and helping them to overcome issues which were holding them back, specifically through Hypnotherapy. I therefore decided to focus on Hypnotherapy as it brought about such a positive and quick change.

In 2010 I trained in the area of Hypnodieting. I myself found it very difficult to lose weight after having my children and knew the powers and possibilities with Hypnotherapy far outweighed any other method. We all know how we are supposed to lose weight – eat less and exercise! However it can be really hard to do this AND keep it off through normal diets. Hypnodieting gives you the tool to change the way you think about food and therefore allows you to lose weight AND keep it off.

I am a Master Practioner in Smoking Cessation having completed a Diploma in the latest techniques to help you STOP smoking in just 1 session.

I specialise also in Hypno-Birthing. This is a 6 session programme which helps you feel calm and relaxed during labour and birth and lets YOU take control of YOUR birthing experience.

I also use other approaches to compliment the Hypnotherapy such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Beahvioural Therapy (CBT).

My Hypnotherapy practice is based in Broadstairs, Kent. It is a calm and comfortable environment which will help you achieve a positive change in your life.
