About Alison
I'm a CNHC & NCH registered hypnotherapist & dedicated to providing the most effective, fast, professional,caring & holistic therapy to individuals in a supportive and confidential environment.
I am passionate about helping people achieve there desired goals whether it be managing stress or anxiety, healthy lifestyle including weight management, quit smoking exercise motivation, overcoming fears & phobias, restful sleep, managing pain including IBS, gaining confidence & self esteem and finding inner peace.
I'm DBS checked and I volunteer for a local Cancer support group and offer discounted sessions for cancer patients and their carers and offer relaxation sessions at a discounted rate for all carers.
I treat every client as an individual and each hypnotherapy session is tailored to suit the client as my ultimate aim is to ensure every client reaches their goal & comes away feeling happy & confident.
