Hypnobirthing
I was pregnant with twins and booked in to Tracy for hypnobirthing. I had my twins from start to finish in 2.5 hours. I didn't have her for my next birth and it took 12 hours. Its so cool how you really don't know if it works or not until you know. I have come for many other sessions to better myself ever since.

Anxiety
I went to Tracy for my severe anxiety issues. Not only did she help me let go of the issues, but I am also free from the drugs that I had been on for years! I feel free and safe to be who I am
