Insomnia & Pain.
I have suffered from lack of sleep for a very long time, one session with Julia and I sleep like a log.
I then went for treatment for pain on my neck and shoulder which I got from a fall, having numerous physiotherapy sessions and I am now free of pain!
On a further treatment for pain in my hip and knee which I sustained from an accident at work in 2005 it is the first time that I have not taken painkillers in years!
