I am a licensed professional counselor who has worked with mental health issues for over 25 years. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, domestic violence, relationship issues, parenting problems and addiction. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I believe we all "put our pants on one leg at a time". My approach is cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I've worked with couples with domestic violence, addiction, depression, anxiety and many other issues. I can help you to look into past trauma and life's difficulties and explore ways to work through them. I am also a hypnotherapist and can teach self-hypnosis to use in various situations.
