About Carol
Hello and welcome. I am Carol Williams an accredited and certified hypnotherapist, Sanomentology licensed practitioner, one of the few therapists who work in this area. I offer a wide range of therapies to people with anxiety fear phobia emotional difficulties including PTSD and deep rooted trauma. addictions and weightloss.
I specialise in Anxiety, and Truma. LGBT+
I have a busy practice in High Halstow Rochester Kent, where I work and tailor make my therapies to suit the client. guiding my clients to new beginnings., and positive outcomes. I offer a free face to face consultation or this can be carried out over the phone , Zoon and skype.
I can teach you to focus your concentration in such a way that your negative thoughts will not distract you, and any positive images and thoughts will occur naturally, as i mediate with the 90% of your mind your unconscious.
My practice is completely confidential. I adhere to a professional code of conduct. And I am fully insured with Towergate Insurance.
My Experience
I have experienced a wide range of training and experience from my clients over the years, so much in fact Sanomentology i found to be the most fast effective therapy enabling my clients to experience the changes soon after the first therapy session.
I also work alongside my supervisor and have regular meetings to discuss my therapies and attend the latest training avaliable to ensure my clients recieve a first rate experience and benefits for their health and wellbeing.

I am registered with the Association for professional hypnosis and psychotherapy (APHP) (NCP) and national college of Hypnosis and Psychptherapy.
I am also a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society.

Training & Qualifications
I first trained with Chrysalis accredited professional therapy, where I achieved a diploma. I them went onto further training with KICH Kent institute of clinical hypnotherapy/psychotherapy .
I have been trained in CBH, NLP and Counselling.
Further training undertaken with Sanomentology, and qualified as a Quit Smoking Academy Coach.
