Hypnobirthing And Phobia Treatment

I used Natasha for more than one treatment. The first was in regards to my phobia to needles which at the time consumed me and stopped me from travelling to certain places or even having a baby. Natasha was so understanding and I was able to overcome my phobia through her patience. The second occasion was to utilise her skills in hypnobirthing techniques. Again Natasha made me feel at ease with the whole process and I was able to face the birth of my son with a relaxed mind and control. Cannot praise enough.

A Simply Amazing Therapist With A Kind And Compassionate Manner

Whilst I wasn’t overly concerned about giving birth for the first time, I still felt that I wanted a little reassurance and guidance. I had previously been to Natasha for a few hypnotherapy sessions and so looked no further when I embarked on a hypnobirthing course (I should add I also went to NHS and NCT classes). I can honestly say it was the best thing that I did. My birthing experience was truly wonderful. Natasha lead me though several pieces where we practiced visualising my baby’s arrival and trusting my body. No birth goes entirely to plan, and after four days in latent labour with regular contractions my husband was in total awe of how I managed to turn things around as our son calmly entered the world whilst we had Natasha’s mp3s playing in the background. Some births don’t go to plan, but hypnobirthing gives you the tools to cope with whatever situation is thrown at you. I believe that 1:1 sessions are the most effective as it’s about you focusing on helping your body to do the best job it can. Natasha has an incredibly warm and caring nature, and she is simply amazing. I am proud to call her my ‘therapist’ and I honestly don’t think my son would have been born so calmly without her help and guidance. I am truly grateful to her for giving me the tools to empower me to trust my body.
