I came to this work the way most people come to the work that matters most: through my own life. For most of my life, I felt too much, wanted too much, took up too much space. I learned early to manage myself down to a size that was easier for everyone else to hold. That only deepened after I became a mother, when the weight of who I was supposed to be quietly buried who I actually was.

The path back to myself moved through creativity, through the body, through hypnotherapy, and through the slow and sometimes uncomfortable process of learning to stay when things got real. That journey is the foundation of everything I now offer my clients.

I hold a hypnotherapy certification through The Healer's Vault, accredited to the International Hypnosis Association, and a Certified Hypnotherapist designation through the IHA. I'm a current member of the International Hypnosis Association. My practice integrates hypnotherapy with spiritual coaching, therapeutic arts, and creative embodiment, because lasting change rarely happens through a single modality. It happens when the mind, the body, and the creative self are all brought into the room at once.

I work primarily with women navigating identity transitions: burnout, divorce, the grief of an unlived life, and the disorientation of not recognizing yourself in the mirror anymore. I also work with anyone ready to move beyond surface-level change into the subconscious patterns that have been quietly running the show.

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded. There is no performance required, no spiritual framework to adopt before you arrive, no pressure to be further along than you are. Just honest, skilled, held work in a space where the full emotional range is not only welcome but expected.

Blood & Honey Collective exists in the space between clinical somatic work and the mystical healing world that is grounded enough for the skeptic, yet deep enough for the seeker. It was built for women who have tried therapy, self-help, and wellness programs and still feel like something hasn't quite moved. What they haven't found yet is a space that holds their full emotional range without flinching and reaches the body, the subconscious, and the creative self all at once. That is what Blood & Honey is for.

Hypnotherapy: I use hypnotherapy for anxiety and stress relief, emotional healing, burnout recovery, identity transitions, and subconscious pattern and belief work. Sessions are available as standalone appointments or woven into longer coaching containers. The work is trauma-aware and client-led. The pace is always yours.

Past life/interlife regressions: I offer past life regression as deep subconscious pattern work: an exploration of the emotional stories and recurring themes that conventional approaches haven't reached. It's available to anyone who is spiritually curious, not only those who hold specific beliefs about past lives. I hold this work with care, grounding, and genuine skill.

Creative embodiment coaching: My coaching work sits at the intersection of identity, meaning, and real-life transformation. It draws on hypnotherapy, creative practice, and depth guidance to support women moving through major life shifts. This is not goal-setting coaching. It is the kind of sustained, honest container that helps a woman figure out who she actually is and build a life from that place outward.

Therapeutic arts and creative embodiment: I weave creative practice throughout my work as a vehicle for emotional processing and self-expression. Art, writing, and embodied creative exercises offer a way into emotional material that bypasses the thinking mind and lands somewhere more honest.

Unravel Her — 8-month 1:1 coaching and hypnotherapy container. Four sessions per month, voice message access between sessions, and a closing ceremony weaving together eight months of recorded reflections. Limited to 5 clients at a time.

Rebirth & Power — 8-week 1:1 coaching container. Shadow work, emotional healing, and creative reclamation. The entry point into deeper work at Blood & Honey.

Wildmother Tarot Workshop — A hybrid in-person and online workshop exploring intuitive tarot as a tool for self-reflection and depth guidance.

The Rage Workshop — An in-person workshop that uses creativity to express the suppressed and hidden anger living inside our bodies. 

I work with women at all stages of the healing journey, from those doing this kind of work for the first time to those ready for the next layer down. Clients come for anxiety, burnout, identity loss, grief, creative reclamation, life transitions, and a felt sense that they have been living someone else's version of their life for long enough.

The work is open to anyone. It is particularly well-suited to women who don't fully belong in either the clinical mental health world or the spiritual wellness world and are looking for something that doesn't ask them to choose.
