Hi, I’m Sarah.

I work with people who want to go deeper.

Often, my clients have already done a lot of thinking, reflecting, or talk therapy, and still feel stuck in the same patterns or questions. They may come in with something specific, fears, self-worth, a life transition, or even a physical symptom, but there’s usually a sense that there’s more beneath the surface.

Our work isn’t about quick fixes.

It’s about exploring the deeper layers of your subconscious mind so you can actually understand what’s going on, and from there, experience real shifts, more clarity, more self-trust, and a sense of relief that feels genuine.

I’m trained in clinical, medical, and transpersonal hypnosis, as well as NLP and life coaching. I’m also a trained Death Doula and Grief Coach, which brings depth and sensitivity to work around loss, identity, and major life transitions.

Some sessions are structured hypnosis. Others are deeper exploration. Both create change, and we follow what’s most useful for you.
