About Kelly
Hi, I’m Kelly Leigh, a Registered Nurse and qualified Hypnotherapist based in East Sussex. I help women in midlife feel calm, confident, and back in control, whether they’re coping with loss, burnout, anxiety, or unhealthy habits that have crept in during stressful times.
After more than twenty years working in healthcare and supporting people through life’s toughest moments, I retrained in hypnotherapy to bring a more holistic and empowering approach to emotional wellbeing. I now specialise in helping women in midlife who feel stuck, anxious, or burnt out to regain calm, clarity, and confidence through gentle, effective hypnotherapy.
My approach is warm, straightforward, and practical, combining science-based hypnotherapy with life coaching and emotional recovery tools to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more like yourself again.
