Hypnotherapy

I have been certified and practicing hypnotherapy since 2021. As a hypnotherapist, I have extensive experience supporting individuals as they reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and sense of empowerment. My work is grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, with a strong emphasis on helping clients safely explore and heal unresolved experiences that continue to impact their present lives.

I specialize in inner child work, helping clients reconnect with parts of themselves that may hold unmet emotional needs, past wounds, or limiting beliefs. Through this process, many individuals are able to reclaim their personal power, build self-compassion, and develop a stronger sense of emotional safety and self-worth.

I have also supported clients in working through significant and complex trauma, using hypnosis as a tool to promote emotional regulation, insight, and healing while maintaining client autonomy and control throughout the process. My approach prioritizes pacing, consent, and the client’s nervous system, allowing meaningful change to occur without retraumatization.

In addition, I have helped clients address a variety of goals, including:

    •    Reducing or eliminating phobias and irrational fears

    •    Releasing unwanted habits and behaviors

    •    Supporting weight loss and healthier relationships with food

    •    Increasing confidence, motivation, and emotional resilience

My role as a hypnotherapist is to guide clients into a focused, relaxed state where deeper awareness and change become accessible. Clients remain fully aware and in control, while learning to access their own inner resources for growth and transformation. I believe lasting change occurs when individuals feel safe, empowered, and deeply supported in their healing process.
