I am an integrative Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner dedicated to helping people, with a wide range of skills, strategies, knowledge and tools to empower and support you to make lasting positive change to improve your mental and physical health. I use a variety of therapies including Analytical, Ericksonian, Solution Focused Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Regression.
