About Helen
Hello, I help people overcome anything that is holding them back in moving forward.
I am an ABNLP Master Hypnotherapist and have been practicing for over 5 years.
Clients have included, fear of flying, nail biting, fear of needles, white coat syndrome, anger, lack of confidence and more.
I am a huge believer in the unconscious mind and believe that everyone deserves to feel good in themselves.
Hypnosis literally changed my life when I was trying to start a family and was scared of needles, a year of study and hours of practice and learning I love seeing the shift in my clients.
If I'm not practicing hypnosis then I'm helping people build businesses, drinking coffee, eating cake and having fun with my twin girls and my black lab.
