My name is Tara Tomesek, and I have been a Certified Hypnotherapist since 2012 from Bellingham Technical College in Bellingham. I specialize in Diversified Client-Centered Hypnotherapy, which includes Parts Therapy, Regression Therapy, Progression Therapy, Dream Therapy, and more. I will help you discover the root cause of your specific challenges, release it, and help you relearn a fresh & healthy perspective that is in alignment with your values and goals. In addition, through the use of suggestions and imagery, we will reinforce your new perspective in order to better integrate your discoveries & lessons into your subconscious mind to effect lasting change. I have tools and techniques to address any challenges you may face, or goals you would like to achieve. My special interests include holistic health and wellness.
