My name is Abbie. I am compassionate, a great listener and love motivating and supporting others to achieve their dream life. I believe everyone should live the life they want and deserve regardless of others opinions and their past.
I will make you feel at ease right away and will always take each session at your pace. I always create a warm environment and am non-judgemental space. I also love being creative and finding new ways to help you. All of my sessions are tailored to my client's specific needs.
Connecting with my clients on a human level and building a strong bond is super important. I want to make sure my clients love working with me and receive maximum benefit from their sessions. I want you to know I care and most of all I want you to achieve the outcome you desire.
If I can give one client the freedom I experienced from hypnotherapy then it's all worth it.
My Experience
Having trained in hypnotherapy, life coaching and NLP allows me to create a personal experience as well as incorporating different techniques from my training. This enables me to not be pigeon holed in one speciality, I am not a one trick pony.
Training & Qualifications
I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist with general register hypnotherapy (GHR). Elite life coach level 5 accredited by IAPC&M incorporating NLP and hypnotherapy. As well as an accredited NLP master practitioner.
