I am a qualified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. For the last 2 years my practice specialises in anxiety and stress management , management of sleeping issues, smoking cessation and relaxation and guided meditation.
With the increase in stress and anxiety in our modern world my practice with it’s relaxation techniques and guidance from myself with various techniques can help clients benefit greatly and impact their lives positively so that they can learn to manage these conditions without medications.
