As a certified hypnotherapist, I am committed to helping you unlock your potential and achieve mental wellness.
I bring a wealth of experience and a sincere commitment to helping you overcome life’s challenges. My journey began as a qualified teacher, where I cultivated a deep understanding of personal growth and the human experience.
Now, as a hypnotherapist and Talk Therapist, I channel that knowledge into providing comprehensive and compassionate care. I hold a Level 3 Prince’s Trust diploma in Hypnotherapy and Level 4 in Counselling, ensuring you receive the highest standard of support.
With a foundation in education, experience, and a genuine passion for helping others, I will guide you on a transformative journey toward resilience, self-discovery, and empowerment.

My approach includes pluralistic hypnotherapy, talk therapy, and cognitive hypnotherapy, addressing a wide array of issues such as stress management, anxiety reduction, pain management, self-confidence building, and more. I combine my background in teaching with extensive hypnotherapy and counselling qualifications to offer compassionate and holistic care.
