With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry, my training in client-centred Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching with an emphasis on CBT, and energy practices such as Reiki and Theta Healing enables me to offer a comprehensive approach to healing.

Having navigated the challenges of career, business, motherhood, personal and professional relationships, and really all that life has to throw our way, I began to face health issues, anxiety, the never-ending cycle of fight or flight response, and along with that constant negative mental chatter that "I am not good enough."  Negative feedback would swirl in my head whenever I tried to step into something new, whether it be in a work or personal setting. I was sick of myself and my subconscious blocks. This led me to immerse myself in self-development, Hypnotherapy, and energy practices like Reiki and Theta Healing, which helped me silence the inner chatter and believe more fully in myself.
