I have been providing clinical hypnotherapy services to family and friends since qualifying back in August 2023 and with great success. namely, I have concentrated my efforts on Anxiety & Stress; Phobias and Self esteem & Confidence building. However, I am able to provide services across a wide spectrum of issues.

My love for holistic treatments and helping others has been something I've been interested in for many years and started back in my early 20's. 

I trained previously in Yoga, Aromatherapy massage, Crystal healing and Reiki (1 & 2), and historically have used these modalities for my own personal use and to help close friends and family. I also run a Yoga & fitness club for children. I now offer all of these holistic therapies as part of my new healing clinic.

After qualifying as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I went on to study a Diploma in Past Life regression as I felt that this would be useful to cater to some clients needs. I found that some people have trauma, phobias or anxieties they simply can't understand. What I have since learned is that some of these issues can be brought forward from previous life-times which are now affecting the existing one. By learning how to regress clients in this lifetime and previous lifetimes, it has allowed for a greater understanding into the root of problems and how they can perhaps be resolved for my clients in the here and now.

After studying Past life regression, I studied Hypnotherapy scriptwriting so that I could truly understand the breakdown of the materials I was using and how they work. In doing so, I was able to begin writing my own material which has enabled me to cater specifically for some clients needs. This course gave me a greater insight and a greater depth of knowledge as to how the whole hypnosis modality works and the impact it has on the subconscious mind. I feel that this has strengthened my ability in delivery and my understanding of hypnosis overall and allows for a better experience for my clients.

I am currently studying Healing through the use of Breathwork and will continue to learn new healing modalities in order to offer a full spectrum of healing opportunities to my clients, friends and family members.

I am a very spiritual person and consider myself an empathetic soul, so holistic therapies and the need to help heal others is natural to me. Spirituality combined with the more scientific approach allows for me to help others in ways I never thought possible before. I am enjoying this journey and hope it will long continue.
