Combining Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and Time Line Therapy, it’s designed to not only help you quit smoking for good but also empower you with lifelong skills to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Unlike traditional smoking cessation methods, my approach targets the root cause of your smoking habit. Smoking is often used as a coping mechanism. Together, we’ll uncover and release the deep-seated emotions—such as anger, sadness, guilt, fear, and shame—that keep you returning to smoking. This process addresses what drives the habit, so you can finally break free for good. You’ll gain tools to manage stress and anxiety in a healthy, empowered way, enhance your confidence, and take back control, all while remaining smoke-free.
Together, we will create the future version of you, embedding positive traits and habits into your unconscious mind, allowing you to transform deeply and permanently. Past clients often say they don’t feel like ex-smokers—they simply don’t think about smoking anymore, as if they had never smoked at all.
This process isn’t magic (although it feels like it), and it requires your commitment. You need to be aligned with the process and ready to make a change. If we are a match, I’ll guide you toward a healthier, more empowered future.

My Experience
With over 10 years of experience in mental health, I’ve helped hundreds of people manage anxiety and overwhelm. While stress is inevitable in the world we live in, you’ll learn to recognise your emotions and stay calm and in control—without turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms.
My passion is helping people achieve a smoke free life and I have helped countless people to do so, I have developed a unique approach with combines my skills in Hypnotherapy, NLP and Time Line Therapy®️ to tackle the physical and psychological aspects of addiction. For many years I have successfully helped people become smoke free, not just through willpower but by addressing the underlying triggers that keep them hooked.
