My name is Mark Bensusan. I live in Horsham, West Sussex.

I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (DSFH/HPD). I am also a full member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (MNCH (Reg.).

I have always had an interest in meditation and found for myself how beneficial this can be in so many ways. This led me to an interest in how the mind works and how we can become calmer and happier by changing the way we view both ourselves and the world. Happiness really is a state of mind!​

This led me to look at hypnotherapy as another way of perhaps achieving similar results to meditation. I enrolled in a course for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and found it to be highly effective in helping clients, particularly with anxiety and depression.
