I visited Bev as my health was being seriously affected by my poor diet choices and binges on high fat foods and chocolate. Nothing else had worked, not even a health scare.

The initial consultation was very thorough and there was no rush to finish the appointment. When I returned the following week for my first session, Bev chatted things through with me to ensure I was comfortable before beginning the hypnosis. It was a great success!

I’ve had three sessions with Bev and it has been life changing! I don’t know how it works but the results are incredible.

Bev Is Truly Fantastic! Helped Our Son Overcome Something No-one Understood.

My youngest, and most chilled son, aged 15, suddenly out of the blue became physically sick on attending large social ‘fun’ gatherings. It was really shocking! I took him to the doctors initially and they couldn’t explain it. He was totally fine at school in large gatherings, but when wanting to really enjoy himself, big party/fun activities he would feel really sick and was physically sick on numerous occasions! Bev was absolutely amazing. My son felt really at ease with Bev, and even after their first meeting, he said he’d really like to work with Bev, and that if anyone could help him, she could. Bev is very professional and explained everything fully. We kept her updated after each session, and she tweaked the treatment accordingly. He has now completed the recommended 4 sessions and has totally overcome whatever was causing his ‘anxiety/nerves/excitement/. We are so delighted that Miles has conquered whatever triggered the events over the past few months. Thank you Bev for everything.

Fear Of Flying

Having not flown as an adult it has held me back so much. I decided after I turned 30 it was finally time to sort it. Bev was absolutely incredible, it felt like a safe space to have the hypno and it has absolutely changed my life. Incredibly reasonably priced for the service you get. I never thought I would be a person who would actually get on a plane. But in September I finally got on a plane for 2 hours… and dare I say I think I enjoyed it! It was so easy, I didn’t get any anxiety and I have finally had the holiday I deserve. Bev changed my life. Thank you so much

Cannot Recommend Enough!!

Bev is fantastic and her sessions are so worthwhile!

I have suffered with night terrors for 8 years and was willing to do anything to try and stop them. I was sceptical at first about whether hynotherapy would work and the whole process in general but I cannot recommend Bev enough!

After 4 sessions I am having a great nights sleep every night and not suffering from the night terrors! 5 stars - she is fantastic!

Bev Is Great

When I first went to Bev, a little over a month ago, I am sure she thought that she had a big task ahead of her. Never the less she took the bull by the horns and started work as soon as possible. I was always made to feel welcome and never rushed. She provides a safe and comfortable environment for people to express themselves, so that she can provide the best service possible. She always listened and gave really useful tips and tricks for dealing with any problems I had on my own at home. I had a list of problems as long as my arm! and a list of things that I wanted to achieve, on my hypno journey. I can safely say that I have achieved the vast majority of them and Bev has done wonders for my confidence and the ability to deal with my overactive thought process. She has allowed me to see 'the wood for the trees' and cope better with my issues. I am so grateful to her for all that she has done for me and my self esteem. I highly recommend Bev. She also has a beautiful voice.

Managing Anxiety

I contacted Bev to see if she would be able to help my son, who was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks and was going through an extremely stressful time. Bev was great, she took the time to listen and fully explained how it worked. After a couple of sessions there has been a marked improvement in my son, he is much calmer, is coping much better and so far has not had any more panic attacks. The sessions also assisted in calming his nerves and aided him passing his driving test first time. I would definitely recommend.

Weight Loss

Bev keeps her prices down by working from home yet gets better results than those charging more than double. I’m losing weight with a good attitude to what’s happening. Highly recommended

PTSD After Seizure

I had a pretty bad seizure brought on by work related stress. It was in public and following the 'event' I experienced up to three panic attacks a day and couldnt manage going into any supermarket (it happened in Tescos!).

A friend recommended Bev around May time but I wasnt ready to face my fears. By August however I was and visited three times. I am a new person. I can go to any supermarket and not panic, and have even visited the Tescos where the 'event' happened which I thought Id never be able to do. Daily panic attacks?? What are they?? I havent had one for as long as I can remember post treatment.

Bev puts you at ease straightaway. Be honest about any fears you have re hypno (mine was not waking up) and Bev will address them. I also love the fact that even though Im better, the door is always open. Life happens and bad things happen with it, so its reassuring to know that I can go back if I need to. Thanks Bev!

Trauma Release

I have just completed my third session following being recommended by a friend.

As someone who has worked on self improvement and growth I had made huge steps until something triggered a relapse into old traumas leaving me struggling with panic attacks and ptsd like symptoms.

I knew I needed to do something different so came to see Bev, to say after just three sessions I feel completely different is an understatement.

The benefits of hypnotherapy if you are open to it are incredible more than I even thought and Bev is so good at what she does.

She’s, open, logical and walks you through the process in a way that reassures you. I’m continuing with more sessions to help in other areas now as the benefits of her works are incredible

Weight Loss

Worth Every Penny!

I visited Bev to help me with a build up of work related stress. Bev is so friendly and puts you at ease. I had 3 sessions and I mentally felt "normal" again after the first one and continued to feel better after each one. Each session was so relaxing! I have recommended Bev to several people since. Non Smoker

After smoking around 30 roll-ups a day for many years I can now say I am not a smoker!

After my first session I reduced my cigarettes to around 5 a day, after my second I was a non smoker! The third session reinforced it!

I am so happy with the results and do not miss smoking at all! My bank account is happier too!!!!

Bev reassured me every step of the way and I am confident that my future does not include cigarettes.

Eating Disorder/confidence

When I first saw Bev I was in a very very bad way. It was due to loved ones that I was Persuaded to go to see Bev for the first time. I was in complete denial and didn’t want to open up at all to begin with. Over time Bev made me feel like I could really trust her and open up to her about everything and together we found a way to over come and mange my disorder. I can honestly say Bev has changed my life for the better and I would 100% recommend her if you are in need of any help! Don’t be afraid to reach out to this amazing lady, I promise you she will make the world of difference.

Jealousy

I had been struggling with jealousy in my relationship for quiet sometime now, and decided I need help in dealing with these feelings as it was having a massive impact on my relationship. I had been told about hypnotherapy by a friend and decided to give it a go. I am so pleased that I found Bev. from my first consultation bev was very welcoming and put me at ease and nothing was to much trouble. Bev talked my through how hypnotherapy works and how she could help me over come my jealously and anxiety. Well I have had my 3rd session now, and can honestly say I am dealing with things much more better since seeing bev and feel better in myself. I am very grateful to bev for her kindness and professionalism in helping me.

EATING HABITS

Approaching my 60th birthday I have lived my life with a very narrow diet and a very closed mind to trying anything different.

I approached Bev with a view to changing my mindset so that I stopped 'eating with my eyes' - so if I didn't like the look - I didn't even try.

3 sessions later and I am already tying many new foods but more importantly have an open mind to trying different things.

I am now looking forward to many years of finding out what I have missed and have Bev and her treatment sessions to thank for this.

Fixed

Anxiety was starting to take over my life along with some PTS and I made a decision I needed to get rid, I was recommended Bev by a friend who had good results from her treatments and decided to make contact.

Bev is a very calm and professional lady who knew exactly what was needed to help me. The consultation meeting made me feel so at ease, confident that I would be in safe hands and funny as it may sound I started feeling better knowing I was on the road to recovery.

The sessions were wonderful and the results were virtually instant. Three sessions on and I feel fixed.

Hypnobirthing

I visited Bev when pregnant having had two previous births that were quite traumatic. With my third pregnancy I had hypnobirthing sessions with Bev and managed to stay very calm and relaxed. The birth was natural and I used the hypnobirthing along with gas and air for a very relaxed birth. I went back to Bev for a refresher session for my 4th pregnancy. Despite having to be induced it was again a very relaxed birth and I felt calm and in control.

I would certainly recommend Bev for anyone looking to use hypnobirthing.

Relationship

I had recently been through a break up and as have been through several decided it was time for change. Although I didn't want to admit it bev read me like a book and with in a few sessions helped me understand why I was the way I was and worked on changing it. I am very satisfied with the progress that we have made.
