I have been certified in hypnotherapy by MindValley under Paul McKenna and am currently enrolled in the ICCH Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy to be completed by April 2024. Furthermore, I am a Canfield Success Principles Trainer.

Prior to these courses, I have been a life coach, inspirational speaker, and the author of 'Dream A Better Dream' and 'Your GPS to Happiness'. I also offer an online course, 'Your GPS to Success'. 

Before I started with my practice, I was the owner of a successful nursing agency providing registered healthcare professionals to hospitals as well as home health aides to private patients.

In my practice, I work with people who struggle with their relationships to self and others, addictions, phobias—fears—anxieties, stress, insecurities, performance, health and wellness, as well as pain management including hypno-birthing. I guide them to focus on solutions and to move forward to find what they are looking for. 

To date, my greatest accomplishment was the complete removal—under hypnosis—of an abdominal tumor, 7 cm x 6 cm, which had been present for 7 years and was scheduled to be operated on within weeks. The patient had continued with all prerequisite work and pre-op exams and scans where it was discovered that it was no longer present. Completely gone! Thus, the operation was cancelled and the patient is feeling great. Of course, past successful events are not a guarantee for future cases.
