I’m Gretchen Herrera, a wholistic hypnotherapist and energy healer who helps people break free from old patterns and finally feel like themselves again. My work blends hypnotherapy with intuitive, energy based support, because real transformation happens when the mind and the nervous system feel safe enough to change.

My healing path began early in life. As a child, I was highly sensitive and aware of energy in a way I did not yet have language for. Later, life experiences and personal loss deepened that calling and shaped the way I help others now. Over time, I developed a style that is deeply calming, emotionally supportive, and results focused. I specialize in guiding people through the subconscious layers where fear, shame, grief, anxiety, and self doubt tend to hide… and helping you rewrite those inner programs with compassion and power.

Sessions are gentle, interactive, and tailored to your personality so you stay engaged while still going deep. My goal is simple… help you feel safe in your own body again, and make lasting change feel possible.
