Hey there! I'm Bree, I'm a Certified Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist and I'm excited to help you on your path to positive transformation through hypnotherapy.
My journey to health after diagnosis with chronic Lyme disease, began with the implementation of a daily meditation practice in 2012. I quickly realized the incredible potential for personal transformation that lay within our minds. Hypnotherapy, to me, is goal-oriented meditation – using affirmations to reshape our thoughts and lives.
I'm a proud 500-hour certified practitioner from the Hypnotherapy Academy of America - an institute backed by a $3,000,000 NIH-funded study that validates their methods and the effectiveness of what we do.
