About Carolyn
Many educators want to leave the profession because of work-life imbalance, stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Yet many feel “stuck” because of feelings of guilt, failure, fear of the unknown, and fear of rejection in the corporate world. Self-esteem, confidence and personal power seem to have disappeared only to be replaced with imposter syndrome, which then manifests into lack of motivation, procrastination and negative self-talk.
I have been an educator for 40+ years and I have experienced these same feelings many times throughout my career. I know what it means to feel as though there are no options available.
