About Sadie
Hi, I'm Sadie, a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a passion for helping people. My background in mental health is a big advantage to my clients and I have a Masters in Healthcare Science as well as a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. I love to know why and how things work and I bring this curiosity to hypnotherapy in order to help clients understand how it can help them.
I love the benefits that Hypnotherapy delivers to my clients and hearing about their experiences with hypnotherapy and how it had helped them. On a personal level, it has helped me with building my self confidence and reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
