Welcome to Donna Hughes Hypnotherapy!

I'm an Advanced Hypnotherapy Practitioner based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire where I hold face to face sessions but I also work online, enabling me to work with you wherever you are in the world.

Alongside hypnotherapy, I've studied masterclasses in the Law of Attraction and EFT and gained Reiki 1 & 2 attunements.  I also love to work with crystals, essential oils and oracle cards, supporting my practice holistically.

I believe we are all a work in progress. We have everything we need within us, we sometimes just need a little help & guidance to tune in and unlock our inner wisdom 🔑

If you feel stuck, frustrated, held back by negative emotions, anxious, have a lack of clarity about your goals, or feel low in confidence then these are just a few of the many things hypnotherapy can help with.

Rest assured that you're in safe hands - I am registered and accredited with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and you can find me listed as an Advanced Practitioner on the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). I have a DBS and I'm fully insured to practice as a therapist.
