Jaci Schwartzmann Certified Consulting Hypnotist

I have worked within the field of Human Services for over 30 years. As a Social Worker and Program Director I assisted individuals from all walks of life in many different settings including medical and mental health settings, community based and day programs. In 2009 I received training, certification and accreditation as a Consulting Hypnotist. I started my practice in New York. My first year of practicing I received best New Holistic Practitioner awarded by Forest Hills, Ny Chamber of Commerce. I recently relocated to California where upon I continue my practice and see clients in my Sacramento office as well as clients across the US virtually.

I assist and work with clients on a vast array of issues and areas in their life where they desire change. Hypnosis and relaxation techniques can be applied to any area an individual desires to enhance or eliminate behaviorally, medically and emotionally. I always teach my clients self-hypnosis. In addition, I work with companies of all sizes to provide trainings and workshops to their employees in the areas of work-life balance, stress management and increased productivity.

 I work with women through their pregnancy from pre-pregnancy conception challenges as well as through their entire pregnancy to decrease any unwanted symptoms and promote a calm healthy pregnancy and to enjoy each stage and trimester through labor and delivery to post pregnancy

It is my true passion and desire to assist and teach clients through hypnosis how they can live their best lives.
