I am Joe Garcia, the founder of Viva Hypnotherapy, and I'm delighted to share a little about myself with you. I'm not just a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, but someone who's truly passionate about helping others. My journey has been quite diverse, and I've had the privilege of exploring both the complexities of the human mind and the dynamic world of business.

Before embarking on this incredible journey into hypnotherapy, I spent over 15 years deeply immersed in the corporate world. I honed my skills as a business development expert, serving in roles such as VP of Sales and Sales Training Manager. Those years were filled with high-pressure situations, where I learned how to motivate teams and achieve outstanding results by instilling self-esteem and confidence.

However, my passion for personal growth and making a meaningful impact led me to a profound shift in my career. I transitioned into the world of hypnotherapy, recognizing its immense potential to unlock peak performance and enhance mental well-being. I completed my comprehensive 500-hour program at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, which is the only school in Florida licensed by the U.S. Department of Education for hypnotherapy training. During this training, I delved into diverse modalities such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Parts Therapy, Eye Movement Therapy, Breathwork, Age Regression, Past Life Regression, Timeline Therapy, Self-Hypnosis Work, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, and Re-Programming Subconscious Beliefs.

My ultimate mission is to empower my clients to reclaim their power and create the life they desire. Through the transformative tool of hypnotherapy, I assist my clients in clearing limiting beliefs, releasing past trauma, and uncovering root causes that facilitate profound transformations in all aspects of their lives. I hold a profound belief in the inherent capacity for healing and reinvention within each person. With this belief, I am committed to supporting my clients in reaching their goals and experiencing lasting change.
