Anxiety and Panic Specialist.

My passion is to support people experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, overthinking, excessive worry, phobias or stuck negative emotions causing anxiety. 

Having experienced anxiety and depression myself for many years and come out the other side, I understand the turmoil and destress 'little things' can cause. Nothing sounds 'silly', and no person's experiences are the same. 

I love helping clients discover their root cause, as once they do, they get a whole new perspective on their life. 

So whether you have a fear or phobia you'd love to move past, or you wish to understand yourself better, or you are ready to make some serious shifts in mindset and behaviours, I would love to support you.

I use a mixture of the diamond model ( understanding your body responses during panic ) hypnotherapy and Timeline, which are simply talking while you are in a relaxed state of mind. These techniques are adapted and I gauge my sessions by my client's needs and how they like to receive support. Each session is completely bespoke to you and what will get you the fastest results.

I work with adults and teens over 10 years and have a good understanding of ASD and ADHD, working with those in mainstream schools.

I also offer facial therapies for those who prefer to open up without feeling like they are in the hot seat.
